Our sugar almonds and chocolate specialities are made in traditional way in big copper caldrons/ pans. The best care is brought to the ending of dragees, as their colouring and their sugared.                                   

Indeed, the range of chocolate dragees has a very beautiful ending and a perfect lacquer                 (-ware) which gives it an exceptional brilliant. Each of our products are made in a different workshop, which is adapted to the fabrication constraints (dragees, chocolate specialities and pearls).

All our dragees are hand-sorted and hand-packed; as our products undergo an additional verification before shipment. This enables us to meet the specific packaging needs of some customers.
