This chocolate pearl is an exquisite combination of real 60% cocoa chocolate and a crunchy cereals filling. This combination results in a product that is more tender and tastier than usual sugar pearls.
These very popular pearls (sugar inside) have a refined flavour, and are available in many different colours.
The diameter of pearls n°6 is 6-7 milimeters

Chocolate pearls and sugar pearls n°6 are traditionally known in their silver colour to decorate ballotins, table runners or pastries.
Dragées Reynaud has declined this silver colour in a range of 3 additional colours: copper, gold and pink in order to adapt more finely to your desires and compositions.
