Avola Vendôme is a large Avola, made from a fine-caliber almond. Flat and regular, this very tasty dragée, with its fine sugar content, represents the top of the Avola range.
Avola Marquise
Available in a wide range of colors, this Avola is one of our best-sellers. This beautiful sugared almond is refined, fine-caliber and light in sugar.
Avola “Fine”
This beautiful dragée is delicately coated with sugar. Its fragrance is sweet and slightly fruity. It offers a greater number of dragees per kilo due to its small size.
Avola Duchesse
Available in many colors, this Avola represents our entry-level range with 28% almonds. It’s very crunchy with its nice size, but much higher in sugar content.
